Job Role & Responsibilities

• Deal directly with in store and phone customers to provide excellent after sales service.
• Handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the company by assisting colleagues as needed and maintaining good housekeeping and a tidy workspace
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times.
• Passionate about providing a great customer service to our customers

Person Specification

• Previous customer experience
• Very well organised with the ability to work to under pressure
• Self-disciplined and diligent
• Strong team working skills and a positive attitude
• Enjoys challenges and having to create new solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
