Front of House Staff - Waiter/Waitress

Hours: Full and Part time hours available. Weekends are an essential part of the role.

Heron Farm is a family-owned vineyard in Weston, Honiton (www.heron-farm.co.uk), with a busy cafe on site. We are looking for helpers to assist our team with all Front of House operations. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential.

The café has a capacity of up to 80 guests (inside, and outside in our beautiful walled garden and play park), and is open 7 days a week from 9am - 4pm (10am - 4pm on Sundays).

We are now looking for staff to work under the supervision of the Front of House manager to deliver sensational service to our loyal customers. You must have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Ideally, you will have experience of:

• In a busy high-volume restaurant or coffee shop operation.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Maintaining high hygiene standards

Salary: £7.50-£10.42 per hour
