Salary £24,150 + Hotel Service Charge (Expected to be an average of £450 per month)

What you will do as Receptionist at Great Scotland Yard Hotel

• Be able to connect with others, getting to know our guests and finding out their preferences to make their stay unforgettable (We call this care stories and it’s part of the hotel DNA!)
• Provide great recommendations and directions for restaurants and theaters, being their go-to concierge in the area.
• Be creative and think outside the box. We are a small team and sometimes we need to juggle a lot of balls!
• Bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams.
