Full Time Cleaner/Porter

Full Time-40 hours per week

Monday-Friday 07.30-16.30

Salary: £21,840 per annum

Lancing College is currently seeking a Full Time Cleaner/Porter to join our central cleaning team.

The role

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated team player to join our staff as a Cleaner/Porter. You will need to be committed and motivated to maintaining the cleanliness of the College and demonstrate a “can do” attitude.

You will have duties such as:

• Cleaning of communal and designated areas including reception, toilets, classrooms, and laboratories to a high standard.
• Complying with and upholding Health and Safety polices.
• Observing and working to COSHH (training will be provided).
• Assisting with the room set ups for functions within the College this will include some manual handling of furniture.

About You

Experience in cleaning services, particularly within a School setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate. Uniform will be provided.
