Full Time Sales Consultant

We are now looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultants / Membership Advisors.

With more than 5000+ clubs worldwide, Anytime Fitness is the fastest growing fitness chain across the globe and this exciting new gym concept is now growing rapidly in the UK.

This is an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to work together with the Club Manager to strategize and successfully implement a strong running of the club.

The successful applicant will not only take Anytime Fitness to a leadership position within the local market, but also help to assist with running the club.

• - Supporting the GM in Marketing Planning
• – events, outreach, in-reach, charity, activities etc Social Media
• – Preparing and posting Interactive content (e.g. workouts, member shout outs)
• - Driving lead generation and outreach activity to achieve targets set by the owners
• - Sales Calls – to drive sales tours and ultimately sales Providing best-in-class club sales tours aligned with AF service assessment guidelines Customer service.
• - Complaint handling and resolution and retention of existing members Support the GM in Operations & maintenance of the club, incl. health & safety compliance Club Culture
• – driving a great atmosphere for our members to achieve their fitness goals Fitness

Below are the attributes we’re looking for:

Naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to over achieve Energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude. Ensuring the club is 100% well maintained, clean, safe and Brand Standards compliant Approachable and Confident.

The ideal candidate should have no issues approaching members on the gym floor, appearing on social media, getting out and about doing outreach activity Resilience – ability to deal with operational / sales / customer issue resolution with a calm head Driving new member sales initiatives through sales planning and local outreach activity

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
