Job Description

The Chelsea Gardener is looking for enthusiastic and driven Full Time General Sales Assistant to join our outdoor team.

The successful candidate will be very fit, strong, energetic, hard working, reliable, and have an outdoorsy nature with great customer service, and a real ‘can do’, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers and for the success of the business, which may require flexible hours and over time. You will need to be able to ‘step in’ as needed
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Outdoorsy personality and fit to work outside all year round. It is a physical job!
  • Horticultural knowledge is a bonus but willingness to learn is a must!

Salary depending on skills, experience and knowledge.

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
