Our restaurant & bar group is seeking a General Manager to lead our team of experienced staff. As General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the company, including maintaining exceptionally high venue standards, maintaining 5* customer service levels, planning budgets and payroll, hiring and firing staff, and overseeing customer and staff safety in the workplace.

The right candidate will have a background in hospitality, sales and (or) marketing, possess excellent communication skills. They will always lead from the front with a drive for success, company growth, exceptional customer service and staff happiness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, maintain and develop strategic growth plans.
• Manage the general operations of our organisation.
• Implement and oversee our marketing strategy across various platforms.
• Work directly with our MD to maintain (and excel) financial targets.
• Motivate our teams to provide exceptional levels of customer service, food quality & presentation.
• Manage staff performance.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean venue through the use of cleanings logs, deep cleans, daily cleans with relevant staff.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays and queries.
• Analyse current sales and develop promotion strategies with our MD.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £32,500.00 per year
