General Operative - multi skilled

Due to continued company success, we are looking to add Multi skilled General Operatives to our team.

Ideally the individual will be familiar with local authority and housing association type client and be a team player. Ideally will be able to do various jobs and the following are some roles which would be expected to be carried out.

- Is comfortable at decorating and leaves a good standard of work.

Small plaster fill/painting jobs (small patches on ceilings or walls internally)

- External work such as rotary driers, fence posts, clearing to name a few

- Small void works such as re-grouting tiles, changing toilet seats, removing flooring from properties

Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour

Experience:

• General Operative/ Handyman: 3 years (preferred)

• CSCS (preferred)
