Gift & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for somebody to join our growing team at Letterbox Gifts to assist with processing orders, customer service and marketing. The role is based at Valentine Workshops, Bagshot Street, S11 8YH.

We need a reliable, hard-working individual who pays careful attention to detail. Computer and customer service skills are essential as the individual will be required to process orders, dispatch gift sets and reply to customer queries by phone and email.

Social media and digital marketing skills are highly desirable as the successful candidate will ideally take a proactive role in marketing the business.

The individual will also be trained to make gift sets to assist the rest of the team as and when required and there will be the opportunity to become involved in various other areas of the business.

For the right individual, there is potential for this role to develop into a Business Manager position.

We require someone for 22.5 hours per week / 3 days. Additional hours may be required around busy periods.

Pay is £11/hr (plus holiday pay)

Working days and times to be agreed. Start date ASAP.
