Graduate Client Services Executive - North America

We're looking for a Client Services Executive to help us ensure every client gets the most value from our service. As a provider of administrative support to the New Client Activation team, you'll be part of an integral department that works to maintain our high standards of customer service.

This role would suit a career-minded, focused and enthusiastic person with some administrative experience. Self-motivated and helpful, you're also an exceptional listener – with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate will receive full training, support and development, and will benefit from exciting opportunities for progression within the business.

Role: Full time, permanent

Salary £23,000

Office location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ (flexible working available)

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 1-10pm and 1-6pm Fridays

What you'll be doing:

• Gathering client account information from field sales managers
• Accurately inputting client account information on the internal CRM database
• Assigning accounts to our new client activation team
• Scheduling client discovery calls on behalf of our Account Managers
• Assisting the team with transcribes, confirmation of appointments and additional CRM tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet and exceed realistic set targets
