Be a Trainee At Sasse
Our trainee programme is designed for initiative and participation. You will receive feedback on your performance directly from the Executive Board.
For most people, facilities management means that people take care of buildings and facilities. But that’s just one part of the story. People demand more of modern facilities service providers like Sasse Group: they also want to manage their own “facilities” so to speak. They want to learn and develop their talent.
Sharing knowledge and skills with the team
Our trainee programme is designed for applicants who want to make a difference. While some people still have doubts and are still searching, they already want to help shape things, take on responsibility and share their knowledge and skills with others. This means that you will start where our performance and quality are measured: you will experience a variety of our service areas as a completely normal team member.
At Sasse Group we believe that you have to know the business from the ground up if you want to be a manager and shape processes
