As our next Inspire you will have access to:

• Expert tools, first-class opportunities and supportive one to one coaching.
• Participants will spend 11 months training across the business, with exposure in different departments and the opportunity for specialised areas of focus; from Front Office, Food and Beverage to Kitchen.

The programme offers two options for graduates;

• Cross-exposure, rotating between departments and moving into a specialised areas;
• Specialization, enabling graduates to gain expertise with departmental transfers around specific focuses.

For either option – there are four key elements: Inspire Induction, The Inspire “My Hotel Innovation Challenge”, First Time Manager Leadership Programme and one week’s immersion in another hotel.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality/customer service
• Post-secondary education (i.e. Diploma, Degree) in Hospitality or Business an asset, - All Talents are considered
• Desire to advance hospitality career, with strong ability, engagement, and motivation
• Agile and works well in fast-paced environments, willing to learn
• Sound Communication skills in English

This is a salaried position offering valuable experience at supervisor level (or equivalent), enabling graduates to build leadership foundations through meaningful experiences. Successful graduates will be promoted to Head of Department and offered further managerial opportunities on completion of the programme.
