Job summary:

We are looking to recruit a creative and ambitious Graphic Designer to work with the Marketing team to help My Nametags’ continued growth. Are you able to create images and videos that have a universal appeal?

Working in our London office, the chosen candidate will be reporting to the Head of Marketing to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of graphics for My Nametags across all digital platforms and print media, filming & editing video content and photography, as well as supporting the marketing team with a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for digital marketing, social media, website banners, print, various mockups, newsletters, print design etc.
• Create ad content for Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
• Plan and manage photoshoots, filming and editing.
• Support and contribute to marketing plans and help develop ideas.
• Complete ad hoc tasks such as seasonal image designs.
• Coordinate with freelance graphic designers when needed.

Person specification and qualifications:

Essential

• A portfolio with examples of design work
• Experience working with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
• Interest in branding, photography and graphic design
• A proactive approach to work, we want to hear your ideas!
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills. This is fun, but you need to be organised.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Desirable:

• The ability to create illustrations from scratch
• Marketing experience
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere and UI UX design
• Written and spoken fluency in a foreign language: Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch or

Arabic.

IMPORTANT:

• This position requires full-time attendance in the office (No Hybrid or Remote)

Salary: £20,000 (or more depending on experience)
