Job Description

As an award winning & rapidly growing agency we are looking to appoint a Graphic/Digital Designer

Our ambitious and growing team are looking for a designer/ who can help deliver some exciting and challenging projects in 2023 and beyond.

Based between the city of Lincoln and Newark we have been producing high-quality design solutions for clients ranging from small businesses to global brands for over 20 years.

Bazzoo are a very busy agency, which means that every member of the team needs to be adaptable, enthusiastic, passionate and committed to creating great work.

You need to be efficient, have initiative and be confident to contribute solutions. You should be experienced in managing your own time and dealing with the pressures of tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about design and creativity, happy to engage other people with their ideas and express them.

This is a broad-based role and while you should be fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, it would be helpful if you had some experience of HTML, CSS and Wordpress.

Be prepared to learn and develop your skills-base!

Primary duties will include the design for web, print and display.

This position would suit a candidate who has some agency experience, or has worked directly with clients previously and is looking to develop their career! However, equally important is your desire to develop and grow with the business!

We are also interested to hear from recent graduates.

Applicants should have:

• Fluent in Adobe Creative suite/CC
• Experience of using Wordpress
• Some experience in using responsive HTML and CSS
• Be prepared to develop your skills-base
• Experience and interest in using Social media platforms
• Competency in taking projects from brief to completion
• Ability to communicate confidently with the team and clients
• An excellent eye for detail
• A fun and positive attitude
