An opportunity to join our family where work is a pleasure.
Location: To work across all of our country house properties on a roaming basis, which are located across the south of the UK, so regular travel is involved and candidates must have a full clean driving license and their own car (expenses of course supplied!). All to be discussed and agreed with candidates at interview stage.
Hours: Full time
Bonus: That's right- we have a management bonus scheme at our hotels- for all Heads of Department positions and above. We'll let you know all about this at the interview!

For this role you will need to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, be knowledgeable about all areas of hotel operations, be good at developing others and be happy to help lead the hotel management teams, travel regularly for work and stay for nights away at our properties. You will also line manage a Regional Night Porter, who will help support our Cotswolds hotels on a roaming basis. This role would suit a current Operations/ Deputy Manager or an very experienced Head of Department looking for their next career challenge.
