Gym Sales Consultant

Job Description:

Failsworth Fitness are recruiting for a membership sales consultant to join our small team and to work in our newly refurbed fitness centre.

We are looking for a sales driven individual to be part of our team who can generate new leads and convert these into sales.

Are you an outgoing, resilient, confident individual, who excels in face-to-face meetings and telephone communications? Are you approachable and personable?

Requirements:

• Naturally target driven with a desire to achieve targets and bonuses.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential.
• A background in health and fitness is preferable.
• Honest and trustworthy

Duties include:

• Sign up new members onto our membership tariff.Communicate with prospects by phone, e-mail, face-to-face and social media

Working with the GM to organise marketing plans

• Showing prospective members around the facility
• Opening and closing the facility
• Lead generation through outreach and inreach activities
• Administration Tasks

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year sales experience preferably in the leisure industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £15,500.00-£16,500.00 per year
