Hands on Foreman

Bay Area General Contractor seeking an all-around craftsman to do a variety of tasks on various projects. We specialize in Commercial Tenant Improvement and Remodel projects, primarily in the Bay Area. We are looking for an individual with the follows assets:

-Dependable, Honorable, Trustworthy, and Willing

-Computer literate, cell phone/photo savvy, and weekly paperwork strong. We like lots of photos and receipts sent to the office and/or the Project Manager weekly.

-Have the basic ability to read and implement information from the plans, specifications, and job-related reading materials.

-4 to 6 years’ experience working hands on with light demolition, carpentry (both rough and finish), drywall, taping, and finishing, painting, etc.

-Able to provide basic hand and power tools

-Able to work well alone, as well as with other employees and tradesmen.

-Have a vehicle capable of transporting yourself and light materials to various job locations

-Able to take direction, as well as assist the site Superintendent manage other workers and subcontractors, to ensure the job safety, cleanliness, and readiness to support and maintain the schedule

-Possess a friendly, organized, tidy, safe, and quality minded disposition. An organized, safe and clean project, customer comfort, and a craftsman like finish are our ultimate goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
