Handy Man

Based near New Addington, South Croydon. We are looking for a Handy person that will maintain our property.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Keeping the outbuildings clean, tidy and maintained, including shower-room.

2. Driveway area, cleared and maintained

3. Gardening, dog walking and other related jobs

Successful candidate must be:

· Must have previous experience

· Honest, Committed & Organised

· Familiar with cleaning products/materials and its purpose

· Familiar with the use of lawn mower, garden tools and drills etc.,

· Knowledge and understanding of health and safety

· Understands importance of time

· Able to provide references for the last 3 years

This is a permanent position, would suit someone preferably local. Immediate start, subject to background / vetting checks.

Hours of work: Fridays and Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Additional hours of work will be offered, subject to suitability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
