Handyperson required for permanent maintenance handyperson role in a commercial building on the outskirts of Exeter in Devon close to the M5

NO QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED - JUST GOOD EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE.

IDEAL FOR APPLICANTS WHO PREVIOUSLY WORKED AS A MAINTENANCE PERSON OR CARETAKER OR BUILDING REPAIR PERSON.

• £29,500 salary
• Holiday pay and fantastic company pension

• Days - Monday to Friday
• Exeter

All Applicants must have the following:

• Previous experience in straightforward planned maintenance and reactive repair
• A Full UK Driving licence
• Able to work Days - Monday to Friday

Principal Job Duties

• Basic plumbing (changing a tap, repairing a sink)
• Basic electrical repair (re-wiring a plug, changing a light bulb)
• Fixing a door or a window (i.e changing a latch or hinge)
• Painting
• Working as part of the onsite maintenance team
• All applicants must have a UK driving licence
