Responsibilities:

• Identify health and safety risks.
• Provide care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Assist patients in achieving specific goals, including health promotion and self-care under the direction of a physician or other health care professional.
• Assess patient's medical and physical states to establish priorities for intervention.
• Instruct and assist patients and caregivers in the use of assistive devices and adaptive techniques.
• Supervise patient's participation in recovery programmes and rehabilitation programmes.
• Intercept problems before they become serious.
• Undergo annual training on the latest technology and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
