The Opportunity

You will be the culinary leader of this fantastic team. You will have a responsibility for the management, training, and development of the team to ensure that they deliver exceptional standards.

Under your leadership & guidance, your team can showcase all your culinary skills and knowledge, in creating memorable guest experiences. Our menu is bursting full of feel-good comfort foods, and healthy options, with a combination of modern British and European cuisine.

You will be instrumental in monitoring portion and waste control ensuring the maintenance of profit margins. Implementing and maintaining the strictest controls of food safety/health & safety to ensure statutory compliance.

As our Head Chef you will lead and develop your passionate team of chefs, and you will play a pivotal part in your chef development. You will share your wealth of knowledge and experience with your chefs and continue to deliver culinary excellence and best practice

• You will be a foodie - that's a given!
• Will be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
• The ability to lead, motivate and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
• Will have previous experience as a Head Chef and will be looking for a new and exciting opportunity
• Will have an authentic drive to managing periods of change.
• This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in your interactions with team members.
