Acas is at an exciting time as we change our structure, ways of working and culture to be fit for the future.
In this role you will manage Acas' enterprise architecture; drive the vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, technology and data perspective. This includes new developments in tooling and approaches to managing the digital and data estate. Guide the organisation to make appropriate business, technology and data decisions by recommending reuse, sustainability and scalability, to achieve value for money and reduce risk. Manage a team of architects, ensuring their work is strategically aligned and on track. You will create policies, standards and associated articles to ensure management of the enterprise and data architecture. This includes data models, data quality, data retention and data catalogues. Develop and embed data quality monitoring and metrics to improve the data architecture and the quality of the data used and stored by Acas. You will be accountable for supporting the delivery of the Technology, Digital and Data Strategy, via relevant work in the enterprise architecture area.

Interview Details
If you have successfully passed sift, you will be invited to an interview via MS Teams which is likely to take place the week commencing 12 June 2023. The interview will be Experience based interview and will also include a presentation, details will be provided at Interview stage.
