Role Overview:

Metawin, a forerunner in the Web3 technology sphere, is searching for a highly skilled and visionary Head of Web3 Marketing. This leadership role involves defining and executing our Web3 marketing strategy, ensuring we effectively reach and engage our target audiences in the decentralized digital space. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, decentralized applications (DApps), and Web3 marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative Web3 marketing strategies that align with our company's mission and goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Web3 marketing professionals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our brand's reach and impact within the Web3 space, including NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain ecosystems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Web3, blockchain, and digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our marketing practices.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all Web3 marketing channels.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Web3 marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and significant experience in Web3.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful Web3 marketing strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum.
