Healthcare Assistant – Phlebotomy

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant – Phlebotomy to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is an impressive outpatient consulting and imaging department, offering access to leading specialists and the highest standards of care

As a Healthcare Assistant your key duties include:

• Assist consultants and nurses during their clinics with chaperoning, ultrasound scans, minor op procedures, dressing changes, phlebotomy and much more

• Ensure stocking is always accurate; clinics set up for every consultant and ensure Equipment is working and safe to use

• Take part in audits and admin work

• Promote customer service and patient care

• Act as part of a team and promote good team work across all teams

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a healthcare assistant

• Experience from the private sector

• Experienced in Phlebotomy

• High level of communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of customer care

• IT skills

The successful Healthcare Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £23,000 – £24,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week on Days from 8am-8pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
