HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

Pallinc is a leading supplier of new and reconditioned pallet solutions with sites in Rand, near Lincoln and Nottingham. We deliver our industry leading solutions all across the UK to a wide range of businesses across every industrial sector.

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 HGV Tramper Drivers at our Rand site.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering to customer sites, ensuring high standards of customer service are met and that orders are correctly delivered first time and on time whilst legal compliance is maintained at all times.

You will work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.

As an experienced and licensed HGV Driver you will demonstrate effective communications and attention to detail. You will strive to constantly meet order demands whilst improving efficiencies.

The hours for this role are flexible and usually amount to around 60 hours per week. There are likely to be regular nights out, often up to 4 per week.
