Holiday Park Warden

We have a warden vacancy at our lovely family owned vibrant Caravan Park in the scenic Yorkshire Dales which would ideally suit an active couple. Our site has Static Holiday Homes, Seasonal and Touring Caravans/Motorhomes and a Holiday Apartment. We are looking for a friendly approachable person or couple to work with our small dedicated team looking after the site and welcoming customers.

This is a permanent position working 40-45 hours per week. This will include evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays so full flexibility is required. Days off will be Tuesday & Wednesday. Please note the successful applicant/s will be expected to live on site.

General Duties:

The general duties are undertaken in exchange for the salary and accommodation.

• Showing people to their pitch, providing assistance where necessary.
• Cleaning the showers, toilets, washing up areas and Elsan points everyday to a 5 star standard.
• Undertake general maintenance as required.
• Clean the Holiday Apartment on changeover days.
• Show prospective customers around all Holiday Homes and Lodges for sale if required.
• Managing Late Arrivals.
• To conduct checks throughout the park to ensure that standards are maintained, noise levels are being adhered to, barbeques are off ground and safe and guests are adhering to park rules.
• Having an onsite presence at all times, being vigilant, proactive and responsive.

Other Information:

A Wardens phone will be supplied and must be switched on at all times.

To ensure that complaints are dealt with or escalated as appropriate and any faults reported to the office.

Pets to be permitted at the park owners discretion.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
