Home Visiting HCPC Paramedic

Whittington Hospital - Islington. Part of Haringey and Islington Commissioning groups

This role will be a core member of the multidisciplinary team, working alongside other professionals, including Clinical leads, GP's and multiple hospitals around London.

• Avoiding/Reducing hospital admission into the ED
• Facilitating discharges
• Reducing patients stay
• Providing high quality care within a community setting

You will need to be confident to triage, take comprehensive history, examine, diagnose and treat/refer for a range of minor injuries/illnesses/infections as required.

As an integrated multi-professional team rapid response paramedic, you will work within the community receiving up to 6 patients a day who require support within the community to provide appropriate care and treatment.

Essential:

• Active qualified Paramedic HCPC Registration

ADHOC or regular work available

08:00 - 20:00 shifts - Monday - Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary: £25.69-£34.24 per hour
