Hotel Night Receptionist/Auditor

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a Night Receptionist who will be responsible for ensuring that all activities and tasks of the reception desk are completed at night according to hotel standards.

As Night Receptionist your key responsibilities include:

• To ensure that all guests receive warm and courteous service upon check-in and check-out.
• To complete all reception procedures as per night shift task list and policy and procedure.
• To co-ordinate guest requests with other departments in a timely manner.
• To handle all cashier transactions accurately and according to hotel standards
• To handle reservations in the correct manner, ensuring all relevant details are taken
• To assist Night Duty Manager with night audit and to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Front Office Manager
