Queens Hotel are currently looking for receptionists to join our friendly and welcoming team. The Queens hotel is a privately owned hotel which is situated minutes walk away from the Finsbury Park Station (Piccadilly Line).
You will be required to work in the Hotel's bright, clean and modern reception area where you have a well equipped desk with a switchboard.
At the front desk, the Receptionist greets, entertains and assists the hotel guests. He or she will often handle everything from room servicing to concierge services, and must be capable of handling a high volume of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have multi-tasking skills and a cheerful personality, as he or she is often the first and last impression customers receive when they stay at our hotel.
The reception job requires you to work 3-5 shifts per week 26-36 hours, we have day and night shifts that can either be worked seperately or combined depending what shifts are agreed
This position is to start asap and involves a telephone interview and face to face interview. You will be provided excellent training and will have a in depth induction.
Many of our staff have enjoyed working here and have been here for many years.
