Housekeeper

Dandara Living is recruiting a Housekeeper to join the Aberdeen branch of our build-to-rent division. Are you looking for some extra hours/income in the lead-up to Christmas? How does £237+ per week sound? look no further!

09:00am to 14:00pm

About the role

The successful Housekeeper will be based on our Forbes Place development, consisting of 276 stunning apartments and 16 townhouses.

With our growing portfolio of over 5,000 high-rise properties either in planning or under construction across the UK so far, this is an exciting time for Dandara Living.

What you will do:

• Cleaning of all common areas and resident amenity spaces such as lounges, TV rooms, gym, cycle stores and other facilities
• Cleaning of our offices and back-of-house staff areas
• End-of-tenancy/pre-move-in apartment cleaning and reactive cleaning as required
• Ensuring bins and bin areas are kept clean
• Working in line with risk assessments and safety data sheets.

What you will have:

Desirable

• NVQ level 2 housekeeping

Essential

• Knowledge of cleaning H&S legislation relating to chemicals and dangerous substances i.e., COSHH, safe working practices, risk assessments etc
• Knowledge of all required cleaning products and the measurements required.

• Great customer service, vigilance, punctuality
• Experience in a similar role
