Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 07:00am – 3:00pm / 3:00pm – 11:00pm / 11:00pm – 07:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with domestics and domestic supervisors you will ensure that all cleaning standards meet the requirements for the unit.
• Maintain a daily environment and ensure that the unit is always safe and tidy.
• Stock replenishment and ordering of provisions.
• Ensure all daily menus are completed by the patients within the agreed time frames.
• Work with the hostess to deliver and distribute meals per standards and meal sheets.
• Ensuring food safety is met within the unit by monitoring temperatures and following food safety standards.
• Promote a safe work environment for all staff and patients.
• Assist with health and safety audits and work with the fire officer to ensure the unit complies to safety standards.

Skills/experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, or domestic services desirable
• Good IT skills
• Good communicator who can follow instructions.
• This role is very physical.
• Previous administration or office experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good understanding of Microsoft office
• Computer literate
