Housekeeper

Here at Glasscraft we produce insulated glass units and have a wide range of glass processing capability. We service customers all around the UK and have warehouse and office facilities onsite.

As a committed, friendly hard-worker, you'll do a vital job to the highest standards and make sure our Leeds site is looking in great shape. The job role will be quite varied, but the goal is to create a clear and orderly environment ensuring that the factory and surroundings are clean and tidy for both our employees and visitors alike. This role will be working the hours of 2pm-10pm, Monday - Friday

Duties include

· Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

· Ensure all scrap glass is removed from the factory floor

· Collect and dispose of any rubbish

· Empty bins

· Ensure trolleys and carts are cleaned

· Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

· Reports necessary repairs / maintenance items to supervisor

What is really important to us

We’ll need you to be able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance, resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Previous experience as a housekeeper would be advantageous, but not essential
