Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring that the guest suites, corridors, public areas and private areas under the responsibility of the housekeeping department are cleaned and maintained to the standards set out in the SOP manual.

As Housekeeping Supervisor your key responsibilities include:

• To adhere to, promote and train the Chelsea Harbour service culture standards and brand standards.
• Ensure the assigned suites are cleaned to the Chelsea Harbour hotel standards by supervising the work of the room attendants and porters.
• Report and follow up on all maintenance issue including wallpaper, carpets, upholstery and French polishing via docket system
• Check the appearance and monitor the conduct of team members to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
• Ensure all suites are returned to reception as inspected by end of shift or hand over provided to evening housekeeper with adequate explanation of reasons for not returning suites.
• Ensure all suites are spring cleaned on a frequency as set by the Executive Head Housekeeper and that all periodic duties are performed as set by the Executive Head Housekeeper.
