HR Administrator

Soho based, hybrid working available (3 days a week in the office)

People and pizza. That pretty much sums us up. We have a social and welcoming HR/People team dedicated to supporting our team members across the country, and we’re looking for one more person to join us….

We’re looking for a HR Administrator based in our Restaurant Support office in Soho in Central London. This role provides first line support to our operational teams on key HR matters as well as administering our People system and HR mailbox. There’s plenty to get involved with in a business of our size – so you’ll also get the opportunity to work on new HR initiatives through project work.

Here's what you’ll be doing;

• Advise Line Managers, Operation teams and Payroll on Right to Work docs for the UK and Ireland and be the point of contact for the Home Office and IBEC (for Ireland)
• Administer the new starter process for Restaurant Support employees including drafting of contracts and offers of employment
• Make all people related changes on our HR system to include such changes to salaries, upload documents, hours worked, , access levels, login details, start of employment, termination records, personal details, NIK, etc on Fourth for Head Office and restaurant management employees.
• To have a critical eye, constantly reviewing our internal employee life cycle processes and to make recommendations to promote efficient ways of working and improve the employee experience.
• Manage the processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices for the HR team as well as efficient tracking of budget spend
• Support the Restaurant Support Business Partner on employee relation and people related matters

You will ideally be used to dealing with HR policies and procedures, but we can offer full training and development, including the possibility of studying for a HR related qualification alongside your role. Being a broad role, you will need to be used to working towards deadlines andin a fast paced and demanding environment.
