HR Advisor

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic HR Advisor to join our fantastic team.

This is a Hybrid role, you will be required to be in our office in Highbury and Islington, 3 days per week.

What you will be doing:

• Providing high quality advice and generalist HR support across multiple sites
• Producing accurate and timely reports to the business including analysing data and providing feedback to the business areas accordingly.
• Undertake HR administrative tasks in support of the wider Team
• Actively engaging with employees to understand, appreciate and resolve employee issues and concerns

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the Health and Social Care sector desirable
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
• HR Experience essential
• Willing to travel when required
