Client Details

A rapidly growing organisation based in the Midlands with the appointment of a HR Advisor to support a busy HR team.

This role is home-based but will involve occasional travel

The role of Work from Home HR Advisor:

Working alongside a small, busy HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a generalist opportunity supporting various sites.

You will be home-based but occasional travel will be required (Business needs dependent).

The role will support a wide range of stakeholders with all people matters including but not limited to:

• Provide advice and guidance on HR polices and procedures
• Support with a wide range of employee relations casework
• Up skill line managers to deal with people matters effectively
• Support with HR projects and initiatives
• Provide generalist HR support to stakeholders
• Provide support with change management projects

The ideal HR Advisor:

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor. You will be looking for a new challenge to provide support to this growing organisation.
