We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Associate to join our team in Harrow. You will provide admin support to the Senior HR Business Partner and the team of HR Business Partners. The role will be reporting into one of the HR Business Partners.

The role is based out of our Harrow site which specialises in making chilled pizzas. The site employs around 850 colleagues, and with being situated in Northwest London, good public transport links are available.

We are looking for a candidate who has strong communication and system skills with great attention to detail and analytical capability, payroll administration experience desirable. You will be working as part of a team so must be able to communicate at all levels and be proactive in your day-to-day work.

The Role

• Manage the Right to Work process ensuring all employees have the correct documentation and required follow up checks are completed.
• Providing admin support required for the resourcing process for both weekly and salaried employees.
• Supporting the HR team in the preparation for ethical and customer audits and produce any ongoing compliance data required.
• To provide admin support for absences, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals including information transfer to Shared Services, arranging meetings and taking notes at hearings.
• Coordinating all communications and ensure they are cascaded as appropriate for the audience.
• Supporting Payroll administrator with Payroll related tasks
• Being the first point of contact for payroll and HR related queries
• Supporting HR team with project work
• Supporting with any engagement activities on site, as well as site employee forum
• Presenting and being involved in site inductions
