West Sussex County Council are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join us based in Chichester, with hybrid opportunities to work from home.
Salary: £43,516 to £46,549 per annum.
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week) with flexible working available.
Contract Length: Permanent.
Location: Chichester, with smarter working options to work from home available.
Interview week: w/c 01 May 2023

You will work with the HR Senior Business Partners in the delivery of People Plans. Your key focus will be on change issues and very complex situations across Directorates. You will advise stakeholders across your allocated area on:

You will have a proven record of success in driving the delivery of organisational objectives. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal credibly with our customers, senior managers and executives whilst being challenging, professional and commercially focused.
