HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking for their next move?

We are currently sourcing for an HR Business partner role to join our dedicated SSCL HR team. You will focus on supporting managers with delivering the HR agenda liaising with operational managers in SSCL’s Defence and IT business areas.

Reporting to the Head of HR Defence and IT, this is a hybrid variable and mobile role, ideally based in either Gosport or Newport with a willingness to travel to other locations, as and when required.

What you will be doing:

• As HR Business Partner you will work with managers implementing key people initiatives and projects as well as leading key projects such as pay review, performance management, talent management, and encouraging employee involvement and engagement.
• Being a confidante and trusted adviser to managers, the successful applicant will require a sophisticated understanding of how to effectively navigate across a modern business support service organisation undergoing significant transformation, with high levels of employee engagement and customer intimacy.
