About the team

The HR and Recruitment Team at Mako focus on what matters most to us, our people. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced an HR team, working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

About the role

Working closely with the HR team, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative environment dealing with HR related queries for our Global offices.

The role includes but is not limited to:

New Hire Process

• Preparation of offer pack documentation
• Setting up new hires on all relevant systems
• Ensuring UK new hires are enrolled to the appropriate benefit schemes
• Scanning new joiner right to work documentation and submission of background screenings

General

• Ongoing HR data integration onto HRIS system
• Data clean up and Completing general HR admin
• Responding to reference requests
• Updating contract and letter templates of all HR related documentation
• Supporting the team on various HR projects
• Assisting with admin for Outreach programmes
• Keeping HR System updated with all employee changes
• Dealing with ad hoc employee queries
• Scanning and filing of HR paperwork and personnel records
• Completing HR reports as requested
• Attending HR workshops and seminars

Person Specification
