Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.

We are seeking to appoint for the following position:

Human Resources Officer

​Location: Cardiff

Hours: 15 hrs per week

Salary: £ 20,138 per annum pro rata

Contract length: up to and including 31/03/2024

The worker will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, staffing, training and development, absences and attendance management.
