You will be...

• Pre-screening candidates based on specified criteria
• Ensuring internal applicant management with the department
• Responsible for a professional correspondence with applicants and supporting an excellent candidate experience
• Coordinating job interviews (send out invites, manage calendars, organize replies)
• Managing the data in our HR applicant system

We are looking for...

• A proactive personality with a friendly demeanor
• Previous work experience in HR desirable
• Basic Software skills (MS Office)
• Some second language skills (preferably German) or another European language
• Availability for ca. 10 hours a week on an hourly basis
