This is what you need to succeed:

• Ensuring the day-to-day cleaning of all offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchen areas, locker rooms, toilets, washrooms and factory entrances
• Making sure that food contact areas are clean and sanitised where appropriate, including emptying and cleaning fridge/freezers regularly and environmental & ancillary cleaning (walls, floors, high level equipment, windows, lighting, toilets, and locker rooms)
• Ensuring any areas assigned by line manager or supervisor are cleaned, maintained, and kept in accordance with company’s standards
• Conducting weekly stock checks to ensure adequate stocks of cleaning materials, hygiene supplies, PPE and ensuring orders are notified promptly to Supervisor/Manager

You will have a great understanding of:

• Health and Safety (desirable, training will be provided)
• Food Safety (desirable, training will be provided)
• COSSH (desirable, training will be provided)

Pay rate:

With an average hourly rate of £12.32 rising to £12.78 as your skill level improves. Day shift salary starting from £10.93 per hour, night shift salary £13.66 per hour. Our Operatives earn between £495.00 and £514.00 per week! There is plenty of overtime available starting at £16.40 per hour.

Shift pattern:

We operate a continental shift pattern with 7 days off in every 14-day cycle. We are a 24/7 operating bakery, 12-hour shifts covering days/nights and weekdays/weekends, on a two-week Rota. Shift patterns are 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off. Shifts start times are 6am and 6pm.
