Planet Ice Bristol has an exciting opportunity for a Ice Rink Asisistant As the biggest Ice Skating company in the UK we are proud to deliver a high quality service and are looking for the right candidates to become a part of our team!!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Looking for someone hardworking and motivated, used to being on their feet and able to work under pressure
- Helping with Skate Hire, giving customers skates, aiding in sizing and proper usage, cleaning and tidying of skate and hire
- Ice Marshalling, skating on the rink to make sure customers are safe and helping customers.
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customers have an unforgettable experience.
- General cleaning and tidying of the rink
- Taking card payments for Skating Aids
- Assisting in Learn To Skate Lessons and Hockey Games
