Ice Sports Assistant (Sports Activator)

To work alongside other members of our Ice Sports team we are looking to recruit Ice Sports Activators to work on casual basis.

Duties for these roles include:

• Sports Activator – to inspire children and young people to remain active during the school holidays by delivering multi-sports and arts activities
  
• Party Host – to ensure party guests are given a memorable and fun experience.
  
  
  
• On-Ice Marshall – to oversee the public session during peak times on the ice, patrolling the ice ensuring that safety and a world-class visitor experience is the focus of every session

The ability to skate is not essential for this role, however, experience coaching or participating in a wide range of sports is desirable.

Additional qualifications in coaching, first aid & safeguarding are desirable.

You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of customers. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and public/school holidays due to the main duties that this role includes.
