Image Retoucher

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Image Retoucher to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of retouching a variety of images, including product, fashion, and lifestyle. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and other editing software.
• Review images and identify areas that require retouching.
• Ensure the final images meet the company's quality standards.
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure the retouched images meet their expectations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Continuously stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for image retouching.
• Ensure colours are accurate and match the physical products.
• Organise and maintain the image library.
• Manage and organise all digital assets in a clear and efficient manner, via content management system (Canto).

Requirements:

• Proven and demonstrable experience in image retouching.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other image retouching software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas that require retouching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Previous experience of using CANTO would be advantageous although not essential.
