The role involves:

- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.

- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.

- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.

- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.

- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

This is NOT a call centre…Recruitment is no longer making 100+ cold calls a day it is a research focused role with more considered phone calls. You will be speaking with senior decision makers daily ‘selling’ yourself, your candidate and you company to ultimately make a placement.

Recruitment is hard work, your days will be filled with rejection and difficult situations but if you can persist and show resilience you will be successful!
