The Role

The successful candidate will coordinate shipping operations and ensure that records are maintained to a high standard. Aspects of the role include:

• Receiving and arranging shipment bookings
• Communicating with customers regarding shipment order and transit details
• Invoicing customers and pursuing outstanding payments
• Accurate and timely production of shipping documentation
• Maintain physical and electronic administration records including spreadsheets
• Communication with Company Finance department regarding Import and Export financial outgoings
• Sourcing tyres and related products
• Reviewing customer contracts

Salary: £20,500 – 24,000 depending on experience and skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

This role is office based at our Head Office in Andover.
