Summary of role:
This position will provide support to our Busy Operations Department, by processing daily import / Export shipments and ensuring documentation & customs compliance in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Handling all aspects of Imports & Exports including Customs entries
• Branch compliance to include timely system updates
• Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents and other freight forwarding companies
• Booking imports/exports via in-house computer system
• Need to be IT literate
• Assist Management when required & cover for colleagues in their absence
• Multimodal transport knowledge advantageous
