THE ROLE*
As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• To create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.
• To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards; from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.
• Make sure all kitchen-ware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
• To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
• To demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Waiter/Waitress role would be advantageous
